Refund and Returns Policy

At Pinniya, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality sweets prepared with care.
Since our products are perishable food items, returns are limited, but we’re committed to ensuring a positive experience for every customer.


1. Return Eligibility

Due to food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or consumed products.
However, if you receive:

  • Damaged packaging
  • Wrong product
  • Spoiled or stale product
  • Missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.


💰 2. Refund Process

If your complaint is valid, we will offer one of the following options:

  • Full refund
  • Replacement product
  • Store credit / voucher

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 working days.


🕒 3. Timeframe to Raise an Issue

All complaints must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order, with proof of issue such as:

  • Photo / video of product
  • Invoice copy
  • Order ID

Complaints after 24 hours may not be eligible due to product perishability.


🚚 4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order, if it has not been prepared or dispatched.
Once production or dispatch begins, cancellation will not be accepted.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be provided if:

  • Product was stored incorrectly after delivery
  • Customer dislikes taste due to personal preference
  • Product was consumed partially/fully
  • Delivery was delayed due to uncontrollable factors (weather, traffic, etc.)
