Since our products are perishable food items, returns are limited, but we’re committed to ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
✅ 1. Return Eligibility
Due to food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or consumed products.
However, if you receive:
- Damaged packaging
- Wrong product
- Spoiled or stale product
- Missing items
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
💰 2. Refund Process
If your complaint is valid, we will offer one of the following options:
- Full refund
- Replacement product
- Store credit / voucher
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 working days.
🕒 3. Timeframe to Raise an Issue
All complaints must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order, with proof of issue such as:
- Photo / video of product
- Invoice copy
- Order ID
Complaints after 24 hours may not be eligible due to product perishability.
🚚 4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order, if it has not been prepared or dispatched.
Once production or dispatch begins, cancellation will not be accepted.

Refunds or returns will not be provided if:
- Product was stored incorrectly after delivery
- Customer dislikes taste due to personal preference
- Product was consumed partially/fully
- Delivery was delayed due to uncontrollable factors (weather, traffic, etc.)
